In addition to the owners’ flat, Quay House was originally two holiday apartments, the Balcony and the Studio apartments. This accommodation is situated on the Quay at Port Navas Yacht Club and is South facing with sun all day and views over the creek.
The close proximity of the water could make this property unsuitable for some
children under 5 years old and close parental supervision is recommended..
The Balcony Apartment accomodates 4 (but can sleep 6) in three bedrooms (one en suite) with separate bathroom, kitchen and living room. French windows open on to a large balcony overlooking the water.
The Studio accommodates two connecting from the Balcony apartment with shower room and stairs leading to the accommodation. This is arranged as open plan with living area, and a twin bedroom area. The Studio overlooks the creek and is ideal for noisy children.
Holiday Accommodation is available in Quay House at the Yacht Club, or Trevean Cottage in the centre of the Village

Please note that the Club does not have hire boats but can provide details of local boat hire facilities.
